Your Rockford Wedding Details

What is included?

Your wedding weekend here at Bell Tower Falls includes use of the main and lower level barn, white chapel pavilion, and top side bar.

Complimentary use of private space for the bride and groom's attendants is also offered. (See WEDDING PARTY tab for details)

Your wedding package includes ceremony benches, dining tables, and beautiful white resin chairs for your guests.

Two locations for bar service (one for cocktail hour and one for dinner & reception)

Six stunning chandeliers in the main level barn

Two gorgeous chandeliers in the white chapel pavilion

Back side barn bean to decorate the main view of the barn from the dining area.

Linens are not included.

Our venue provides you with a bathroom trailer with running water included in your rental cost, not offered to you as an upgrade cost. An ADA compliant wheelchair sized portable restroom is also available on site.

Vendors & Insurance

Vendors: Bell Tower Falls has no restrictions on the selection of food and alcohol services, but Michigan law requires that the public service of food and alcohol be handled by a vendor who is licensed to do so - Michigan Food Law, Act 92 of 2000. Our venue requires licensed food & bartenders, and licenses must be presented 30 days prior to event.

DJ services not on the preferred vendor list will be allowed on a pre-approval basis only, and require a vendor contract.

Insurance: Proof of event liability/host liquor liability insurance for your wedding is required 30 days ahead of your event. Cost for a policy averages $200

Bell Tower Falls offers both indoor and outdoor ceremony options as part of our standard configuration:

Indoor Ceremony

Ceremony: Main level barn
Cocktail Hour: Top side bar
Dinner: White chapel pavilion
First Dances: Open patio
Dance Party: Lower level of barn

Outdoor Ceremony

Ceremony: In front of the barn
Cocktail Hour: Main level barn
Dinner: White chapel pavilion
First Dances: Open patio
Dance Party: Lower level of barn

Custom Configuration Options are also available for an additional cost, depending on the request.

Restrictions

Flames: Wick candles, lit flames of any kind (including any pyrotechnics) are strictly forbidden on property.

Pets: Our furry friends are welcome to join you anywhere outdoors. If you plan to incorporate a pet into an indoor ceremony, this is allowed provided that the pet is escorted outside directly following the conclusion of the ceremony. We are sensitive to allergies, so pets are generally not allowed indoors. But we welcome them on property for photos!

Decorating & Celebrating: No screws, nails, staples, glue, or tape allowed in your decorating. No loose items like glitter, confetti, rice, bird seed allowed in your decorating.

Services

Bell Tower Falls does not maintain a full time staff. The venue rental fee includes the use of the property and all of its amenities, but does not include any staffing or coordination services on the day of the wedding.

If you require staffing or coordination services on the day of your wedding, please work with a wedding/event coordinator of your choosing.
