Saturday Sweethearts Package (June - Sept)

This is a single day rental with a 3 hour rehearsal included

​Thursday: Walk-thru Rehearsal
You are provided with 2 hours of rehearsal time on Thursday to walk through your ceremony. This is when it gets real!

Saturday: Event Day
Venue access begins at 10:00 AM
This package includes 4 hours of complimentary access to the Bridal suite.

Additional time can be purchased at a rate of $175/hr
Access time in the Groom's Quarters is provided between 10:00 AM through 11:00 PM

Noise ordinance requires music to be shut off by 10:00 PM

All clean up and evacuation to conclude by 11:00 PM

Friday: Rehearsal Walk-thru
(Available 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM):
1. Drop off wedding items on site to reduce stress on the day of
2. Decorate your space
3. Ceremony walk through (please make arrangements for your rehearsal dinner event offsite)
4. Vendor drop offs in the event space
**There is no access to the bridal suite on Fridays or Sundays**

(Music off by 10:00 PM, evacuate by 11:00 PM)

1. Complimentary use of the Bridal Suite is made accessible to you on Saturday for a total of 5 hours of your choosing.

Additional time may be purchased at a rate of $175/hr. All personal items and vehicles must be removed from the bridal suite area at the conclusion of your chosen 5 hours
2. Complimentary access to the Groom's Quarters is provided for the duration of your rental period

Payment Structure: Weddings
There is a non-refundable $1,000 reservation fee to hold your date. This reservation fee is applied toward your package balance due as we near your date. 50% of the total cost is due 120 days ahead of your event. Balance in full is expected 60 days ahead of your event.

Early spring & early fall have the potential to bring a chill in the air during early evening sunsets. We have carefully created this specialty package to move the reception into a gorgeous HEATED wedding tent

At Bell tower Falls, we have made the decision to focus on one bridal party at a time each weekend, and we are therefore no longer hosting Friday weddings. This means that we can offer you the Friday & Sunday add-on rental at any time (based on availability).
We have a large demand of daytime Friday & Sunday events, so please inquire about availability to upgrade your single day rental into our weekend package. Once you are in the middle of the planning stages, you may realize that the additional time is absolutely worth it!

Rental Add-On: Tent Package (June - Sept)

In warm weather months during the June - Spetember timeframe, temperatres are warm enough where a rain shower does not have the potential to spoil a festive mood. Guests still get to enjoy the majestic scenery in covered areas with comfortable temperatures while the passing showers are usually fleeting.
That said, we have partnered with with a rental company to be our exclusive provider of a complete rental package for an emergency enclosed tent option, or for those who prefer the aesthetic of a traditional wedding tent. This $2,500 rental package includes the following items:

Graduation / Sunday Small Events

Looking for the perfect location to host a baby shower, wedding shower, or graduation party? We have you covered!
​
Sunday small events have become a popular option to provide you with access to our venue for a duration of 6 hours between 1pm - 7pm (this includes vendor arrival, set up-and tear down time).
Included in your rental is use of tables, chairs, and ample parking. You can choose to use either the open air pavilion and lower level barn, or main floor barn with open air bar. We have had several best friend graduates host their Graduation parties at the same time for an even more fun experience!
